TIRTIR Milk Skin Toner is a highly concentrated toner that brightens your complexion, resulting in smooth and radiant skin, reminiscent of milk. It is formulated with Rice Bran Extract and Niacinamide, working together to improve uneven skin tone and overall improve skin tone. It also contains hyaluronic acid for hydration and Chamomile Extract for soothing. The toner can be layered to maximize its hydrating effects.

How to use

1. After cleansing, pour a small amount of toner onto hands or cotton pads
   
2. Pat gently into the skin or wipe with cotton pads.
3. Apply at least two layers to maximize hydration, especially for those with dry and dehydrated skin types.
