ILSO 1/3 Saving Cotton Pad delivers sufficient moisture to the skin even with 1/3 less toner than usual. It efficiently delivers moisturizing toner while being 1/3 times thinner than regular cotton pads.

How to use

• Apply an appropriate amount of toner or exfoliator to the cotton pad and apply to the affected areas of the face.
• TIP: Use with ILSO Super Melting Sebum Softener to help dissolve stubborn blackheads and impurities within the pores.

Ingredients

Made with the pulp and rayon mixed material that is widely used to make mask sheets to inhibit any fluff.
