It contains moisturizing and cleansing ingredients that quickly 'float' and envelop oil-based makeup, which allows it to be easily removed without having to rub the delicate skin around the eyes. How to use

1. Shake well before using to mix the water and emollient layers.
   
2. Apply a small amount of product to a cotton pad and place moistened cotton pad on eyelid for about 10 seconds.
3. Wipe gently without rubbing to remove eye makeup.
