ANUA Rice 70 Glow Milky Toner is formulated with a blend of rice water, niacinamide, and ceramides to brighten the skin and moisturize deep down. It helps to repair the natural moisture barrier. This non-comedogenic, fragrance-free formula is suitable for all skin types and can be used everyday.

How to use

1. Apply an appropriate amount on cleansed skin and pat into the skin for absorption or apply to cotton pad and wipe across cleansed skin.
2. Tip: Soak a cotton pad and leave on skin for 10-15 minutes before applying makeup for extra moisture.
